Description:
the park formed the idea of seeking streamlined form unlike the hard geometric structures in the urban environments. This form provides protection from strong sea winds and also dissolves and relaxes by landscaped terraces in the lower floors overlooking towards the city. Double façade creates a better microclimate and increases energy efficiency of the building. Terraces, pergolas and blinds
protect the building from overheating.
Despite its large floor area the building looks slightly with ethereal silhouette that fits elegantly into the environment, respected the realities and symbols specific for a prosperous seaside town of Burgas.
