- review and confirm the compliance of the design documentation disciplines for conflicts or discrepancies
- inter-disciplinary cross checking all the design documentation disciplines for conflicts or discrepancies
- review the initial input design data, documents, coordination letters and instructions from the local authorities
- certify the maturity of the design documentation in order to proceed with the Tendering
- comment on the accuracy of the cost estimate (construction cost)
- comment on the materials and systems specified
- verify the accuracy of the estimated quantities
- prepare a report with the findings including a listing of the received documentation
