Description:

The building is located in the ideal center of Sofia City, at 1,Saborna Str., on blind walls between two residential-administrative buildings. Prior to its reconstruction for the needs of the ‘Cervantes’ Spanish Cultural Center, the building was used as embassy of the USA in Sofia. All floors were refurnished and redesigned to the high requirements of the owner, with a personal designer and functional solutions of the interior spaces. The façade has been preserved, and so have the carrying structure and theconnections to the urban engineering networks. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor with an exhibition hall, a ceremonial hall on the first floor, offices and lecture rooms with sanitary units on the remaining five floors.
