Description:
Rousse is a city with specific and unique architectural appearance. Its downtown area is a remarkable architectural ensemble, built over the last years of the nineteenth century and early twentieth century. Undoubtedly the most remarkable and emblematic building in this architectural ensemble is the so-called "Theatre Complex”.
This site is the final stage of reconstruction started years ago and updated the former "Profitable Building" - “Theatre Complex” Rousse. With its future implementation will be restored not only the integrity of outdated and partially destroyed old complex “Profitable building”, but also the integrity of the central city structure.
The complex consists of a shopping center on three levels and offices on four levels.
In giving the facade is: typical for the region Rousse stone cladding, saving teflon glass panels and sun blinds. Part of the facade of the building is designed as a landscaped roof terrace. Application of these modern materials and methods reduce energy consumption and improve the environmental performance of the building.
The atrium space is designed to create natural air convection. By opening parts of the facade and the roof is achieved air cooling, which improves the microclimate of the building, partially reduces the work of air conditioning.
