Description:
Residential building up is brought out in the peripheral zones of the complex so that the groups to be more self-dependent and to provide better conditions for rest, seclusion and comfort to its dwellers.
In the park and green zones are foreseen conditions for: golf, walk, sport, also additional water areas, pools, etc.
In the hotels are foreseen extension and reconstruction of the existing residence, new building up - hotel style and block of apartments.
The capacity of the complex is 3000 people.
