Description:
The building has a modern architecture of steel and glass materials, matches with the function. The elevations are mainly closed, solid type, with metal panels “Elcom system” Perrudge Italy production. The isolation anterooms in front of the main entrances are protruding elements. The high roof boards hide the roof construction. On the roof construction there are skylights, with open able cases. Their shape makes the dynamic and varied image of the building.
The mezzanine floor is expressed with cantilevers over the show windows of the shop.
The open air parking is designed with PVC parking elements and grass to increase the landscaping area. The high vegetation for the total landscaping area is provided.
