Description:
The project represents a new shopping mall development that consist of 66 shop units + 1 supermarket, a bowling hall, a cinema with 6 screens, 14 restaurants and fast food outlets amongst the main attractions etc. Also forming part of the building in the basement is an underground and external car park at the south west section of the building - 406 parking spaces in the building + 184 on the temporary parking outside + around 30 potential places on an existing parking to the south. In addition to the public areas there is also an office space on the eastern side.
