Description:

Class A office building with four office floors. Main entrance area is entirely oriented towards the courtyard and the existing old building in the plot designed by architect Nikolay Lazarov. The new office building will respects the architecture of existing building, but in a modern way.
All materials used on the facade will be entirely made from Knauf , except for siding with panels "Trespa". Glazed curtain wall will be produced to the highest technological requirements for environmental friendliness and ergonomics. Will be used mainly natural materials as the exterior and the interior. There is a system for automatically controlled illumination of work areas and detection of presence. Will be used heat pumps. Power will be supplied by geothermal wells. The building is designed and will be built as sistainable building according to the norms of DGNB Bulgaria.
