Description:

Under the present project, the existing building is completely rehabilitated. Part of the façade is preserved as it is a monument of culture. Provision is made for the realization to be carried out completely with light
materials – glass and metal, a planning of neutral form and approach providing the opportunity to emphasize on the original old architecture and clearly distinguish the modern trends. The horizontal articulation of the façade improves its proportions. Emphasis on the bay windows unites the new and the old aspects of the house.While retaining the architectural character of the old building – monument of
culture, the annex felicitously complements it and successfully fits into the general urban silhouette.
The public functions of the building are preserved by the new functional distribution of spaces. In relation to its purpose – law offices, the following premises are individualized by floors within the building:
The first floor is finished as a representative one and comprises an entry foyer with a reception desk, security booth, four meeting rooms, a locker room and sanitary units. The managers’ offices are situated on the second floor with a common space for a secretary and sanitary units. Individualized on the third floor and in the sub-roof space are the work offices of the personnel, a kitchen box and sanitary units. The basement comprises a warehouse premise, a telephone exchange, a small fitness room and bathrooms with WC.
