The Project Management services we are providing as representatives of the Developers for accomplishment of their intentions and goals are as follows:
- Monitoring the design process: organize, coordinate and follow-up the progress of the design preparation, coordination with the local operating authorities and companies, approval by the Municipality and receive the building permit.
- Organizing the tender procedure, assessment of the tenderers, choosing the Contractor and preparation the contract for construction.
- Controlling the start of the construction, the proper progress of the site works, deadlines and work scheduling.
- Quality control of the implemented construction materials, products and equipment, manufacturer certificates, laboratory tests, site documentation and protocols as required by the current law regulations.

Following-up the preparation of the as-built drawings and the whole project documentation for handing-over and implementation of the project.
